About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Radiology Supervisor for a full-time onsite role in Boston, Massachusetts within a diagnostic radiology department. This role provides technical and administrative support within the radiology department, works under the supervision of the Chief Technologist of Operations and Radiology Administration Director, and supports departmental workflow and patient care operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist REQUIRED
- ARRT certified and registered in Radiography R.T.(R) REQUIRED
- Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license REQUIRED
- BLS/CPR certification REQUIRED
- Completion of two years post-high school training in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review work schedules and assign duties to staff
- Maintain patient flow and production goals
- Oversee staff in operation of imaging equipment
- Evaluate image quality and accuracy
- Provide technical assistance to staff
- Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures
