Requirements

Proven leadership experience in healthcare (ideally in radiology or imaging services)
Ability to manage multiple locations without losing sight of individual team needs
Strong understanding of imaging workflows, quality standards, and compliance
Comfort working with systems like PACS, RIS, and EHR platforms
A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills—you know how to align teams and build trust

Responsibilities

Guide imaging operations across several sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from scheduling to scan delivery. Your goal: seamless workflows, minimal delays, and consistently high standards of care.
Mentor technologists and imaging staff, helping them grow professionally while building a culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance isn’t just met—but embedded in daily practice. From regulatory standards to equipment performance, you’ll keep teams inspection-ready and patient-safe at all times.
Using data as your compass, you’ll track performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance both productivity and patient experience.
