Radiology / Cardiology - Electrophysiology Tech
About The Position
This position is for an EP Lab Tech working 4x10 hour Day Shifts (0700-1730), with the understanding that work continues until procedures are complete. The daily caseload per tech averages 2-5 cases per day in one lab. This role does not require on-call or weekend work, and the traveler will not float between service lines or to sister facilities. The facility is an Acute Care Hospital with 304 total staffed beds. Scrub color is Navy for the EP Lab, and charting is done via Epic. Parking is free with passes distributed at badge pickup, and garages have clearance for average SUVs and trucks. Travelers should be aware of potential assignments to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November), with peak activity in August and September.
Requirements
- 3 Years of experience
- CCI RCIS or CCI RCES
- ACLS
- BLS
- SC license (SCRQSA)
- Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency
- EP Lab experience
Responsibilities
- Proficient in scrubbing all EP cases to include LAAC procedures and Leadless PPM, Micropace stim, and Cardiolab EXP.
