Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license to practice Radiology
- Experience in interpreting a variety of imaging modalities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient care and quality improvement
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- BLS and ACLS required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Standard IR procedures required, including neuro stroke thrombectomy
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze medical images, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques
- Conduct patient assessments and provide detailed reports on findings
- Engage in continuous education to stay updated on industry advancements
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies
- Mentor junior staff and share best practices in radiological procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging databases
