Radiologic Technologist (RAD TECH) Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. WORK LOCATION: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231. WORK HOURS: PRN as needed, including holidays requirements. DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS: Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Heart Attack and Stroke Center. 10 years in a row, Texas Health Resources has Placed #1 on Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in Healthcare. Over 75k procedures performed annually in Diagnostic Radiology. Cover ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgery. Equipment – DR diagnostic rooms and portables, fluoroscopy, C-arms, O-arm, robotic angiography systems. Team of 40+ staff. Holiday rotation required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/X-Ray Technology upon hire required
- GMRT – General Medical Radiologic Technologist, either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required
- ARRT – American Registry of Radiology within 6 months of hire required
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred.
- 1-year radiologic technologist or x-ray technologist experience preferred.
- Surgery Experience preferred.
- Communication and computer experience helpful.
