About The Position

Henry Ford Health is seeking Radiologic Technologists for cross-training opportunities within their CT roles. This position involves performing computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients and potentially general diagnostic radiology examinations. The role offers exposure to a variety of imaging services and patient populations, including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient imaging, as well as surgical and minimally invasive procedural services. Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
Must maintain the required hours of continued education.
Healthcare Provider certification required.
(BCLS) BLS Provider obtained within one (1) month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
NMTCB (CD Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Must be registered in Computer Tomography within 12 months of date of hire.
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy specialty also accepted.
