Lumexa Imaging is seeking ARRT-registered Technologists in the DFW area for a unique opportunity to receive paid on-the-job training to learn and become a registered Mammography Technologist in less than 18 months through our Technologist Training Academy (TAA). This comprehensive, employer-sponsored program is designed to provide the education, hands-on training, and support needed to successfully transition into a rewarding career in Mammography. Requirements

  • ARRT Registered in Radiography (R) – Required
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Commitment to completing the Mammography cross-training program

Responsibilities

  • Complete paid on-the-job training to learn and become a registered Mammography Technologist.
  • Participate in a structured learning curriculum with third-party training materials.
  • Engage in one-on-one mentorship with an experienced Mammography Technologist.
  • Gain hands-on clinical training in a patient-focused environment.
  • Prepare for and pass the registry exam for Mammography Technologist.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support early breast cancer detection services.
