X-Ray Technologist - Mammography Cross-Training Opportunity
About The Position
Touchstone Medical Imaging is offering a unique opportunity for ARRT-registered Technologists in the DFW area to receive paid on-the-job training to become a registered Mammography Technologist. This employer-sponsored Technologist Training Academy (TAA) program provides education, hands-on training, and support to transition into a career in Mammography. The program is designed to be completed in less than 18 months. The company is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and early breast cancer detection services and is seeking dedicated, compassionate Radiologic Technologists eager to grow their careers and make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- ARRT Registered in Radiography (R) – Required
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Commitment to completing the Mammography cross-training program
Responsibilities
- Receive paid on-the-job training to learn and become a registered Mammography Technologist.
- Participate in a comprehensive, employer-sponsored program designed to provide education, hands-on training, and support.
- Engage in structured learning curriculum with third-party training materials.
- Work with an experienced Mammography Technologist mentor.
- Gain hands-on clinical training in a patient-focused environment.
- Receive support for the registry exam, including exam-related expenses.
- Provide exceptional patient care and early breast cancer detection services.
