About The Position

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking an accountable, professional MRI Technologist to provide exceptional patient care with integrity and excellence in an outpatient imaging clinic. The clinic focuses on personalized, compassionate care in a comfortable, patient-centered environment. The technologist performs MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols, supports patient comfort and safety, and helps maintain diagnostic accuracy and efficient workflow.

Requirements

ARRT (MR) certification or eligibility required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Patient-focused mindset and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an outpatient MRI setting.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
Operate MRI equipment and monitor imaging quality for diagnostic accuracy.
Educate and communicate with patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation.
Accurately document exams and maintain records in PACS/RIS systems.
Collaborate with radiologists and team members to support efficient workflow.
Follow regulatory, safety, and infection control procedures.
