About The Position

As our Operations Coordinator, you will facilitate the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of a community broadcasting service, ensuring the delivery of agreed programming and content formats in line with organisational objectives, community broadcasting standards, and licence requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in broadcasting, media operations, and volunteer coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in programming, audio production, or broadcast operations.
• Strong understanding of audio recording and editing software and office productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance and administration related to volunteers and community broadcasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteers in the ongoing delivery of effective, relevant, and timely broadcast content.
• Coordinate recording, scheduling, and updating of on-air announcements, promotional material, and community service announcements.
• Maintain and enhance systems and procedures for program preparation and presentation.
