About The Position

SimTech, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Radar Analyst to join its corporate team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role analyzes RADAR performance and track data collected in laboratory and field-test environments. It develops independent software tools and toolsets to analyze performance and tracking data, evaluates test results, and presents findings to Project Office stakeholders. The position supports work in office, laboratory, and testing environments, with occasional travel (25%).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a relevant STEM field from an accredited institution.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship.
Active Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team in a multi-contractor environment.
Flexibility to work in office and laboratory environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience programming in C++ in a Linux environment.
Familiarity with tracking and RADAR analysis.
Experience with C#, Python, and/or MATLAB.
