About The Position

SimTech, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Radar Analyst to join its corporate team in Huntsville, Alabama. The analyst will evaluate radar performance and track data gathered in laboratory and field-test environments, develop independent software tools and toolsets, assess test results, and present findings to Project Office stakeholders. The position interfaces directly with government customers and supports task creation, assignment, and development guidance. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time. The role may include telework and may involve varying shifts and hours to meet business demands.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a relevant STEM field from an accredited institution.
At least 6 years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship.
Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team in a multi-contractor environment.
Flexibility to work in both office and laboratory environments.

Nice To Haves

Programming experience in C++ in a Linux environment.
Familiarity with tracking and radar analysis.
Familiarity with configuration-management practices and software such as Git.
Experience with C#, Python, and/or MATLAB.

Responsibilities
