About The Position

IERUS Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Mid-Level MDS Radar Test and Analysis engineer to join a diverse and flexible team. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in Missile Defense MDS test and analysis, and will apply working knowledge of critical radar functions — including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and scheduling — to support Sensor Element performance analysis across formal MDA Ground Test (GT), Ground Test Distributed (GTD), and Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) testing. IERUS specializes in technology research, testing, and implementation with core competencies in electromagnetics phenomenology, computational analytics (algorithm acceleration and machine learning), and weapon system engineering. Requirements

BS in Engineering or similar field
3+ years of experience
Deep knowledge with the operation and/or analysis of at least one of the following radars AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, Cobra Dane
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize technical data into clear briefings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MATLAB
Active Secret Clearance or higher
U.S. citizenship required

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of missile defense test methodologies (Monte Carlo simulation, HWIL testing, pre/post-mission analysis) is a plus but can be trained

Responsibilities

Deep dive analysis of critical radar functions — including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and scheduling — to support Sensor Element performance analysis
Design and refine analysis tools and conduct performance analysis on AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, and/or COBRA DANE
Development of mission specific test plan, test procedures, and test reports
