About The Position

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to support our ARMY customer onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will join a well-established team that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or a highly related technical field. Years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
5+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB, Python, and/or similar tools
Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex radar behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences
MATLAB Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools
Experience in radar analysis, radar systems engineering, and/or radar test and evaluation
Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with AN/TPY-2 TM
Experience with radar signal detection/injection HWIL systems
Experience in C, C++, and Ada programming, Linux/Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office
An Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Analysis tool design and development
Complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance
Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system-level interactions
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems
Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts
Interact with external customers and stakeholders, program offices, and radar development prime contractors
