About The Position
Provide diagnostic imaging services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Utilize various radiographic techniques and equipment to perform imaging examinations that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or completion of a military training program that is a JRCERT-accredited program.
- Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
- Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT; must obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire or within one year of obtaining Kentucky licensure, whichever occurs first.
- BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- BLS certification upon hire is preferred.
- Prior experience working as a Rad Tech in a hospital or medical imaging facility.
