About The Position

Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor, the technologist provides radiologic care to patients by performing x-ray exams for the purpose of diagnosing and/or treating physiologic disorders. The role is part of Redeemer Health’s allied health workforce and supports the organization’s Mission and Values, including respect, compassion, justice, hospitality, a holistic approach, stewardship, and collaboration.

Requirements

Graduate of a 2-year A.M.A.-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
A.R.R.T. certification.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical environment.
Competency in components of radiographic practice.
Current CPR certificate required.
Ability to problem solve, improvise, and implement in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer and technology skills and application ability.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of health care providers.
Compassionate, sensitive, and supportive of patients’ emotional, spiritual, physical, and health care needs.
Positive, action-oriented attitude.
Passion for individualizing care and ensuring a positive, meaningful experience.
