About The Position
National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Pro Shop Associate to assist with daily operations and provide a welcoming experience for members and guests.
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn the POS system.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
Nice To Haves
- Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk coverage and assist with member and guest check-in.
- Operate the POS system for retail sales and program transactions.
- Assist with inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized pro shop.
- Complete opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Answer questions about court reservations, programs, and events.
- Assist with racquet sports programs, events, and tournaments as needed.
