About The Position
Almcoe is seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role involves servicing and maintaining supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units. The technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues independently, adhere to safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service, including on-call support. Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- EPA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist in additional service areas as needed.
