Rack Technician
About The Position
Almcoe is seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves servicing and maintaining supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units. The technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues independently, adhere to safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- EPA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist in additional service areas as needed.
