Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- EPA certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
- Keep accurate service records and assist with additional service areas as needed.
