About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the creation and updating of product labeling, including container labeling, Prescribing Information, Medication Guides, and Patient Information. The intern will also assist with project tracking, internal audits, and proofreading. A key aspect of this role involves researching and reviewing the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in relation to labeling activities. The internship provides hands-on experience in regulatory affairs and drug labeling, project management, and culminates in a presentation of research findings.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED—Required
Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Proofreading.
Understanding of FDA/Regulatory Drug Labeling requirements for Rx and OTC products.
Knowledge of AI - Review AI capabilities for labeling.

Support creation of product container labeling using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Support creation of product Prescribing Information, Medication Guide/Patient Information, Instructions for Use labeling using Microsoft Word.
Assist with project tracking and internal audit review using the internet and Microsoft Excel.
Support of Proofreading product labeling using DocuProof software.
Knowledge of AI - Review AI capabilities for labeling.
