About The Position

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation, preferably in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and AI deployment.
• AI Implementation in R&D

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of AI/ML models for drug discovery, formulation optimization, and clinical or analytical data analysis.
• Support optimization of analytical lab methods using AI and data - driven approaches.
• Collaborate with R&D and lab teams to identify opportunities for laboratory automation and process improvements.
• Work with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to manage, analyze, and streamline experimental data.
