Service Center CSCS TX Manage high volume repair work orders across various categories related to facilities management including building and equipment needs. Communicating directly with vendors and requesters on work order status and resolution eta via all methods of communication Qualifying bids for accuracy, scope, and costs Setting job timelines and schedules Create change orders in workday related to repairs and maintenance Identifying and dispatching secondary vendor for additional bids when needed Maintain vendor lists and information up to date Identify when a work order needs to be escalated for additional support Perform other related duties as assigned
