Requirements
- 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the team
- Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
- Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
- Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
