About The Position

Our Hotel Name is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Requirements

  • 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
  • Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing the team
  • Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
  • Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
