About The Position

A leading electronics testing company is seeking an R&D Technician 3 to support oscilloscope and test equipment operations across R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI teams in an ESD-controlled environment.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment, or equivalent.
General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing with experience in electronic mechanical assembly, including torque drivers.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Higher-level education or certifications in electronics are preferred.
Classroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically oscilloscopes and probes, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI teams to support oscilloscope and test equipment operations.
Perform oscilloscope calibration across all active product families, and coordinate hardware service along with software installation and reinstallation (including QUADS software).
Conduct oscilloscope application validation and issue submission, and support maintenance by diagnosing scope issues and routing instruments to the local team for repair.
Ensure equipment used alongside oscilloscopes remains fully operational, and assist with imaging SSDs installed in equipment.
Work within an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.
