Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on curiosity.
• Comfortable in a lab or technical environment.
• Thrive in collaborative, fast-moving teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside scientists, engineers, and product researchers on real projects that directly impact how Duracell designs, tests, and brings products to market.
• Design and test new battery form factors.
• Evaluate new materials for electrochemical systems.
• Optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop packaging solutions.
• Support consumer and product research to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.
