Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Proven Experience in B2B Environment in coordination and administrative capacity
  • Fluent English (other languages are a plus (any experience in Sales/Renewals/Licensing and Order processing will be a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand the details, attention to detail, analytical skills
  • Good logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, in multitasking mode
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be high energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Organized, Responsible, Team Player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Nice To Haves

  • other languages are a plus
  • any experience in Sales/Renewals/Licensing and Order processing will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform quoting process for all complex use cases within the established process
  • Coordinate with teams involved in complex quoting cases: sales, renewals, deal desk, licensing, others
  • Ensure proactive engagement from Sales to have all the relevant details for proper quoting
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current quoting policy, licensing and pricing, processes and products
  • Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams on quoting process and policies
  • Propose operations processes improvements that streamline quoting process and policy to improve internal collaboration and customer experience
  • Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution.
