The primary responsibility of this role is to provide customer support through quoting, sourcing, and delivering product/parts quotations. This role involves prioritizing and managing daily workflow, collaborating with internal teams, and employing a "QUOTE TO WIN" strategy. The Quotation Specialist will consistently exhibit exceptional customer service, take responsibility for overall customer satisfaction, and coordinate the delivery of products by collaborating closely with vendors, engineers, customers, shop, and warehouse personnel. The role also includes proactively engaging in customer interaction over the phone, including quotation follow-up, and identifying opportunities for application reviews by the Application Engineering group.
