Requirements

Clear verbal and written communication skills to support customer interactions and provide accurate information.
Intermediate problem-solving and data analysis skills to assist in pricing decisions and quote preparation.
High level of accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and quoting activities.
Ability to manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and work effectively under supervision.
Ability to effectively navigate and utilize the organization’s quoting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams for daily tasks, reporting, and collaboration; ability to create presentations and effectively communicate data insights when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing pricing through quotes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Review and process customer requests for quotes, including Order Hold Clearing under supervision.
Navigate and extract insights from Power BI dashboards to ensure data-driven quoting accuracy.
Develop and deliver timely, professional, and precise quotes tailored to customer needs.
Handle and resolve order holds related specifically to pricing, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions.
Maintain records of quotes and customer interactions accurately.
Work with sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth quoting processes.
Regularly manage and update pricing and product information to reflect current standards and market trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all quoting activities.
Leverage Power BI dashboards to provide insights and guide strategic pricing decisions.
Keep detailed documentation of quotes and customer communications to support reporting and audits.
