Analyze complex quotation requests and develop comprehensive solutions, matching products to detailed customer specifications and drawings
Perform advanced risk and opportunity assessments while preparing detailed cost analyses using established processes and tools
Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues
Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards
Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise
