  • Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ford or QuickLane experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting service customers
  • Recommending maintenance and repair services
  • Writing and managing repair orders
  • Following up with customers throughout the service process
  • Assisting with customer satisfaction and retention
  • Helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
  • Supporting team training and development
  • Participating in advisor and service meetings
  • Ensuring the service drive/front area is secured at closing
