About The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced QuickBooks consultant to assist with migrating historical general ledger data from MAS 500 into QuickBooks. This is a short-term, focused project expected to start in early August and last several days. The role is fully remote, though local availability for occasional onsite work in Cool Springs is a plus. The consultant should be identified and confirmed by early next week.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Prior experience migrating historical accounting data into QuickBooks.
- Experience with general ledger conversions, data uploads, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and complete a focused, short-term project.
Nice To Haves
- Inventory accounting experience.
- MAS 500 or similar legacy ERP experience.
- Prior accounting system conversion or cleanup projects.
