About The Position
Multi-Entity QuickBooks Accountant We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented accountant to manage QuickBooks accounting for multiple privately held businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants a stable, long-term position in a professional environment.
Requirements
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience managing multiple sets of books
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Real estate accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books for multiple entities
- Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and balance-sheet accounts
- Manage accounts payable, journal entries, and month-end close
- Prepare financial reports and coordinate with outside accountants
- Assist with occasional administrative projects
