About The Position
Maplewood Kitchen and Bar, a breakfast and lunch concept featuring local and seasonal ingredients with house-pressed juices and artisan coffee, is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. The Quick Service Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality, and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Quick Service Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Continuous movement
- Regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity
- Auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
Responsibilities
- Assisting with leading team members
- Training and developing all team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
- Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times
- Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
- Implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Groups standards and expectations
- Ensures exceptional service to our guests at all times
