About The Position
This position's compensation is based on Flat Rate Hours turned, offering significant opportunity for financial growth. Experience servicing any vehicle makes/models, including diesels, further enhances growth potential. We are seeking qualified technicians for our Oil Change & Maintenance Team. Our factory-trained auto service technicians conduct thorough inspections of key vehicle components and systems, providing customers with detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports. Quick Lube Technicians perform general vehicle maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotation and replacement, brake services, battery tests, and checks on cooling systems, belts, and hoses, all in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. The goal is to deliver the highest quality service while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some training/experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Unrestricted driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong physical dexterity and stamina.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Professional appearance.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities
