The primary role of the position is to support the retail business with oil changes, and lubrication services. This position will also support the tire side of the business and will be required to change tires and perform tire services. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

High school diploma equivalent.
Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes by manufacturer's specifications.
Clean or replace filters as needed.
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
Recommend safety and preventative services to customers.
Proper receiving of product into location prior to putting away.
Ensure customer satisfaction and communication is of the utmost importance.
Assist with opening and closing of store, including end-of-day duties.
Facility maintenance and clean-up including sweeping, emptying garbage cans, and assisting in the organization of all tire and lube shop related supplies.
Ensure parking lot is cleaned of debris and/or garbage.
Warehouse organization to include ensuring like tires are together, inventory is faced, rows are clean and tidy, and help ensure the area stays safe for operating.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness of workspace including bay areas, Commercial Tire Vehicles, and customer vehicles.
Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
Assist with phone and counter duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
