About The Position

This position's compensation is based on Flat Rate Hours turned, therefore, there is huge opportunity for financial growth! If you have experience servicing any vehicle makes/models, including diesels, your potential for quick growth is even greater! We are looking for qualified technicians to join our Oil Change & Maintenance Team. Our factory-trained auto service technicians thoroughly inspect each vehicle's key components and systems from top to bottom and provide the customer with an in-depth Vehicle Check-Up Report. Quick Lube Technicians provide general services for vehicle maintenance and repair in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, including oil changes, tire rotation and replacement, brakes, battery tests, cooling system, belts and hoses, etc. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Some training/experience in automotive repair and maintenance
Unrestricted driver's license
Clean driving record
Strong physical dexterity and stamina
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
Positive attitude
Professional appearance
Great communication skills
Ability to deliver world class customer service
