About The Position
Long-Lewis of the Shoals is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join its service department. The role performs fast, high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs while supporting an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment. Services include oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, and other routine maintenance. The position is suited to technicians with prior Quick Lane, lube technician, or general automotive service experience who want to continue developing their skills. Average starting income is $500–$600 per week, with top performers earning more than $1,000 per week. Multiple career path opportunities are available for experienced technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Mechanical aptitude and previous oil change or light automotive service experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
