About The Position

The Green Organization is hiring 1 Quick Lane Service Technician capable of performing, most or all of, the following tasks: Brakes, Alignments, Tune-ups, Minor Engine Repairs, Suspension Work, Etc. We value our technicians and invest heavily into their careers through continual hands on technical / diagnostic training.

Requirements

• Previous experience at an automotive shop
• Strong understanding of the service inspection process
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check up report card completion accurately
• Ensure proper torque of lug nuts using torque wrench required
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Identify all vehicle needs of safety concern and recommended maintenance
• All vehicles returned to customers clean
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
