OUR UNIQUE BENEFITS I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children. Requirements

Previous advisor experience preferred
Dealership experience strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects based on workload and parts availability
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate
Notates customers’ vehicle issues accurately and clearly on the repair order
Performs a thorough visual inspection of the customer's vehicle and recommends services as needed
Reviews and updates customer contact information including email address
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
Communicates with customer about the status of work
Coordinates activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time
Inspects every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
Meets or exceeds goals for add-on sales
Follows up with the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Completes all OEM and dealership required training
