About The Position

Steve Marshall Ford, proudly part of the Steve Marshall Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lane Advisor to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month in performance-based bonuses, in addition to your regular compensation. The Quick Lane Advisor is responsible for creating a positive customer experience while coordinating routine maintenance and automotive services. You’ll work closely with customers and technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, accurately, and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy environment where customer service and efficiency are key.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an automotive service, dealership, customer service, or similar environment is an asset.
  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to explain automotive services and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Comfortable using computers, dealership management systems, and other digital tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, understand their service needs, and provide a friendly and professional experience.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle maintenance requirements on repair orders.
  • Review inspection results and communicate recommended maintenance and repairs to customers.
  • Provide customers with updates regarding service progress, costs, and completion times.
  • Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional work.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are clearly communicated and services are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with coordinating customer appointments and maintaining an efficient service flow.
  • Develop a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, services, parts, and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up as required regarding completed services or outstanding concerns.
  • Perform additional responsibilities relevant to the position as assigned.
