Campus Quantitative Trader (Full-Time)

In this role, you will receive training in trading, financial markets, probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset through mock trading sessions and other modules. You will then work alongside trading teams to devise trading strategies across global markets.

- Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning
- Competitive spirit and uncommon drive to learn and improve
- Programming experience
- Appetite for risk-taking
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets
- Reliable and predictable availability required

Responsibilities
- Participate in mock trading sessions, poker training, and other modules designed to improve probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset.
- Work alongside trading teams to devise trading strategies across global markets.
- Examine global markets, seeking to understand the complexities of various traded products and exchanges.
- Leverage statistical analysis and data mining skills to make forecasts and develop profitable predictive trading models.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
