The role supports business growth targets by analyzing large datasets to provide concise and insightful analytics on key trends. It also involves providing strategic thought leadership, identifying new growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams, and performing customer profile and segmentation analysis to understand the impact of different product offerings and channel strategies. The position will leverage data mining capabilities to grow the J.P. Morgan & Chase Business through acquisitions and increased product usage, collaborating with development teams to automate and combine data across products and channels. Additionally, it includes performing reporting functions for digital campaigns, identifying and executing automation opportunities for stakeholders.
