The primary purpose of this position is to conduct laboratory tests of dairy products efficiently and accurately in accordance with Standard Lab Methods, North Carolina Regulations, FDA, and Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. standards. This role is responsible for testing raw ingredients and finished product, equipment calibrations, lab inventory, accurately recording data, and promptly notifying the Quality Manager and/or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Conduct laboratory tests of dairy products efficiently and accurately in accordance with Standard Lab Methods, North Carolina Regulations, FDA, and Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. standards.
• Testing raw ingredients and finished product.
• Equipment calibrations.
• Lab inventory.
• Accurately record data.
• Promptly notifying Quality Manager and/or Supervisor.
