The Primary purpose of this position is to conduct laboratory tests of dairy products efficiently and accurately in accordance with Standard Lab Methods, North Carolina Regulations, FDA, and Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. standards. Responsible for testing raw ingredients and finished product. Responsible for equipment calibrations, lab inventory, accurately record data and promptly notifying Quality Manager and/or Supervisor.
