Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Attend monthly safety meetings.
  • Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
  • Must work safely with hot plastics in the lab and on the floor.
  • Ensure assigned work area is kept clean and organized.
  • Responsible for daily testing of products and recording data.
  • Assist with trials and support testing efforts associated with raw materials.
  • Informing production operator on products quality (conforming and non-conforming.)
  • Notifying management of non-conforming material
  • Collect production samples and perform all finished product testing.
  • Assist in labeling and quarantining of non-conforming material
  • Assist in internal facility audits
  • Responsible for accurate documenting and retention of quality documents.
  • Responsible for all testing equipment being accurately calibrated per policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
