Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
  • Requires minimum of 0 years of experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to clean room or controlled environment protocols
  • Basic proficiency in statistical tools or software (e.g., Minitab, Excel-based data analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying process gaps
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn within a quality or technical environment

Responsibilities

  • Performs analyses, inspection, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property.
  • Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance.
  • Performs required inspections, checks, analysis and documentation of studies.
  • Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports.
  • Reviews production records for conformance to procedures.
  • Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested product.
  • Accurately complete quality records, inspection reports, lots records, and logbooks in compliance with documentation standards
  • Identify, document, and escalate product or process non-conformances to senior quality personnel
  • Support environmental monitoring programs including pest control inspections and facility cleanliness checks
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to support quality-related activities
