About The Position

This position will require working in a manufacturing and distribution setting. Daily work will range from conducting incoming inspections, analyzing data, and verifying product acceptance on the residential and commercial system lines.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years work experience.
1 to 3 years of working experience and knowledge of Quality product inspection.
Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures.
Ability to understand product drawings and work instructions.
Ability to match packing slip information with actual product.
Experience using a computer, especially Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Water treatment experience a plus.
Experience working with SAP and Arena Solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct Incoming Inspection on raw materials and component parts for quality standard compliance and ensures that quality issues concerning production are effectively addressed.
Test C&I products or systems to measure performance.
Maintain, Issue, and follow up Non-Conformances and Corrective Actions Processes as needed.
Issue and follow up Non-Conformances and Corrective Actions as needed.
Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
Maintain C&I Calibration System.
Execute rework of product as needed.
Maintain equipment and quality records as required.
Other duties as assigned.
