  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to aerospace, defense, precision machining, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with government contract requirements, NAVSEA, SUBSAFE, or DFARS.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure customer and contract requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Create and maintain ERP records, including parts, bills of material (BOMs), work orders, outside processing, and related project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit certification packages and required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review engineering documentation, solid models, test plans, material certifications, and manufacturing records for compliance with customer requirements.
  • Translate customer-provided information into clear, accurate documentation that supports production.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining procedures, work instructions, and training documentation for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Use ERP and project management tools to improve planning accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
