Requirements

Minimum 2 year experience in a manufacturing quality role
Experience with ISO 13485 and or ISO 9001-AS9100
Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, technical drawings and product specifications (including GD&T)
Proficiency in utilizing hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauge pins ect)
Experience with CMM, digital inspection scopes and other vision systems
Experience in the use of statistical/data software
Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in the inspection and evaluation of manufactured parts.

Responsibilities

Conduct First Article (Set-Up), In-process, and Final inspections
Visually inspect machined parts for conformity to customer specifications, and quality standards. Ensuring there are no defects.
Create and maintain accurate records of First Article inspections, Final & In-process inspection and utilize the data collection system.
Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues, working with other members of the quality and operations teams.
Participate in continuous improvement events.
Maintain compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001-AS9100 Requirements
